DENSOO Solution uses third parties for accepting payments for your purchases. Currently, our third party payment partner is paypal. If you are making a purchase from us, or are using any part of the Services that requires the payment of a fee, you may be required to provide certain information for identification and verification, such as your name, credit, debit or other card number, card expiration date, and CVV code. This information is sent directly to paypal and is governed by paypal’s Terms of Use (currently located at https://www.paypal.com/ga/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full) and paypal’s Privacy Policy (currently located at https://www.paypal.com/jp/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full).

Additional Information

If you contact us or participate in a survey, contest, or promotion, we collect the information you submit such as your name, email address, contact information, and message. You may also choose to grant us access to your exercise or activity data from another service. You can stop sharing the information from the other service with us by removing our access to that other service.

We work with third parties who provide us with analytics and advertising services. This includes helping us understand how users interact with the Services, serving ads on our behalf across the internet, and measuring the performance of those ads. Persons under the age of 18, or such higher age of majority in the individual’s jurisdiction, are not permitted to create an account. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a minor, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. DENSOO Solution understands the importance of information security and implements reasonable security measures to protect the security of your information.

It is important that you protect and maintain the security of your account and that you immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. If you forget the password to your account, the Services allow you to ask for instructions on how to reset your password.

Although DENSOO Solution takes reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of our websites and records, no transmission is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. We strongly recommend that you take steps to keep your personal information secure (including your account password), and to log out of your account after use.
